The Parent-Child Education Program is currently enrolling families with young children. This free program supports parents and caregivers as they build the skills and confidence to support their child’s early learning and development.

Parent or caregiver of a child ages 0–4 

Meets federal income guidelines 

 Able to attend weekly

classes 

Locations

PCEP classes are offered at AVANCE Family Centers across San Antonio and through community partnerships. 
Classes may be available at multiple locations throughout the city.
